Invitrogen Aluora dyes, including Aluora 488 dye, are a specialized organic dye technology specifically optimized for spatial biology and multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Aluora 488 dye is excited by the 488 nm laser and emits at 518 nm. This dye has exceptional brightness and photostability. Human FFPE small intestine was incubated with 1:1,000 of Biotinylated Ki-67 Monoclonal Antibody (SolA15) (Cat. No. 13-5698-82) then labeled with the reagents in the Aluora 488 HRP-streptavidin Kit (Cat. No. A40001346) and a DAPI nuclear stain. The slides were mounted in ProLong Glass mountant. Images were captured with an Invitrogen EVOS M7000 instrument (see information about EVOS imaging systems).
