TUBB8 Antibody (PA5-22045) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of TUBB8 was performed using 70% confluent log phase NIH/3T3 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Target Information
Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha chain. TUBB8 has a key role in meiotic spindle assembly and oocyte maturation.
