Western blot analysis of TOM1L1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with TOM1L1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110505) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

TOM1L1 is an adapter protein involved in signaling pathways. Interacts with the SH2 and SH3 domains of various signaling proteins when it is phosphorylated. May promotes FYN activation, possibly by disrupting intramolecular SH3-dependent interactions.
