SARS-CoV-2 Envelope Antibody (PA5-112047) in ELISA
A direct ELISA was performed using antigen or control peptide as coating antigen and the SARS-CoV-2 Envelope Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112047), as the capture antibody at 1 µg/mL. A Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP) secondary antibody was used at a 1:20,000 dilution. Detection range is from 32 ng/mL to 2000 ng/mL.
