PRAMEF8 Antibody (PA5-48344) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PRAMEF8 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human melanoma tissue. Samples were incubated with PRAMEF8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48344) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
