PPM1L Antibody (MA5-24320) in WB
Western blot analysis of PPM1L in BJAB human Burkitts lymphoma cell line, Nb2‚11 rat lymphoma cell line, Neuro‚2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and L1.2 mouse pro-B cell line. Samples were incubated in PPM1L monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24320) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for PP2C ε/PPM1L at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
