The PA5-19417 immunogen is synthetic peptide derived from within residues 150 - 250 of Human PTIP.
PA5-19417 detects PTIP which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa and 100 kDa.
Target Information
This gene is a member of the paired box gene family and encodes a nuclear protein with six BRCT domains. This protein plays a critical role in maintaining genome stability, condensation of chromatin and progression through mitosis.
