PA1-10278 detects NCAM2 from mouse samples. Predicted to react with human and rat samples.
PA1-10278 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The predicted molecular weight by western blot is 93 kDa.
The PA1-10278 immunogen is recombinant protein corresponding to residues 442-685 of mouse NCAM-2.
Reconstitute with 333 ul of distilled water.
Target Information
NCAM2 (neural cell adhesion molecule 2) is a cell adhesion molecule belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is differentially expressed in the developing and mature olfactory epithelium and is involved in the guidance of developing olfactory sensory neurons to the glomeruli of the olfactory bulb.
