Product Specific Information
This antibody can be used to detect laminin proteins in immunohistochemistry using frozen sections or standard formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. For IHC (F), fixation with acetone for 5 min. at -20°C is recommended. For IHC (P), proteolytic treatment with pepsin is recommended. Before use, dilute immediately using PBS or Tris. Recommended positive control: skin or kidney tissue.
Store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C for 2 months. For long-term storage, aliquote and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Laminin antibodies are widely used to label blood vessels and basement membranes.
