Carbonic Anhydrase II Antibody (PA5-89803) in WB
Western blot analysis of Carbonic Anhydrase II in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Carbonic Anhydrase II Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89803) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

Target Information
CA2 is one of several (at least 7) isozymes of carbonic anhydrase. Carbonic anhydrase catalyzes reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Defects in this enzyme are associated with osteopetrosis and renal tubular acidosis.
