This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibodies, PA5-51497, PA5-64879. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

LIM domain only 6 is a three LIM domain-containing protein. The LIM domain is a cysteine-rich sequence motif that binds zinc atoms to form a specific protein-binding interface for protein-protein interactions.
